Studio Pluriel, the hybridization of expertise in the service of design, poetry, and beauty.

It was in 2019, on the occasion of the Maison & Objet fair, that Estelle Matzack, a bronze artist, and Romuald Fleury, a designer artisan, began collaborating on the creation of a coffee table designed and made by Romuald and then patinated by Estelle. Building on this collaboration, the two artist-artisans, who had already met during various exhibitions and events related to craftsmanship, continue to co-create exceptional pieces of furniture.

Studio Pluriel, cooperation at the heart of craftsmanship

Studio Pluriel also stems from a shared desire of the two artist-artisans to connect design and poetry in their creations. Studio Pluriel stands out for the creativity and the founders' ability to reinvent their expertise to produce imposing and poetic works.

When we discovered Studio Pluriel, we were captivated by their collaborative approach, which is so dear to Caractères. Today, Studio Pluriel is growing by building bridges between artisans and offering a wide range of crafts. Ceramicists, glass artists, glassblowers, textile designers, cabinetmakers, straw marquetry artisans, as well as two 3D designers and a project coordinator.

"Because we believe that partnering with other talents makes us stronger, more creative, and more unique, Studio Pluriel prioritizes collaborations with other creators of beauty, carefully chosen for their character as much as for their expertise."
